We took a single story house, stripped it down to "one wall" and the foundation, added a second story, and gutted/remodeled the ADU/Garage. Pretty complex project in terms of designing the existing foundation to accept the second story addition, made significantly more difficult when also having to solve for Santa Monica's often nebulous parcel development rules.
I highly recommend Audrey; she communicates well, is a strong problem solver, is very organized, and thinks ahead.
