Gregory Ain Rehabilitation
Mar Vista, CA

In the historic Gregory Ain Mar Vista Tract, an abandoned, boarded up house with a tacked-on concrete block and glass block addition stood out like a sore thumb.  The goal was to breathe life back into the property, removing a non-original addition and returning the home to its California Mid-century Modern sensibility. Project was designed in partnership with Roman Reiterer Integrated Design.
