80s Condo Refresh

This condo unit in Santa Monica was in need of updating, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, which felt cramped and dated.  Our remodel made the unit feel bigger and more efficient by raising the ceiling, removing a couple of walls strategically, and reconfiguring the layouts to be a more efficient use of space.  Updating the finishes transformed the look into a more modern and airy aesthetic.
